Just a few reminders:
-You will receive an email which will include a link for a Covid-19 form. Please complete this prior to your appointment.
-Please call 631-751-2374 when you arrive for your appointment. We will text or call you when your therapist has your room ready for your session.
-We will be taking your temperature upon arrival.
Please wear a mask
All staff and clients will need to wear a face covering at all times in the office.
Don’t have a mask? No problem!
Call us ahead of time and we’ll bring one to the door for you!
Practice social distancing
We are limiting the amount of people in the waiting room. In the event other guests are checking in or out, please remember to stay a safe distance (at least 6 feet).
